2 Row Pale Malt, White Wheat, Oats, and Crystal malts all build together to add a sweet backbone for the 25 lbs. of hops that we forced into this beer. Boiled with 5 different hop varietals, it was then dryhopped 5 times, in celebration of 5 years of great beer!
