Pouring a beautiful bright pink color this sour ale is loaded with blueberries, blackberries, pomegranate, and lime. It’s medium tartness is balanced by a lactose addition that lends a slight sweetness and body. Named for Aphros, a Greek Sea God known as a Ichthyocentaur. If you’re wondering what that is, its a centaur (half man and half horse) with a fish tail and lobster claws for horns. Pretty cool we thought!
